I had to arrange new movers last minute to a miscommunication with my apartment complex and Zen was a saving grace! Don reached out immediately to get my details and was extremely communicative and flexible with the circumstances. Rich, Elias, and Rosco came to help me out and they were quick, efficient, very personable and kind but also very professional. They had me completely unloaded in about an hour. Will definitely be using Zen again. It was an all around excellent experience.
