TNT Moving Services

I asked them to take care of the fragile boxes, don't stack on them, and use packing wrap (that I provided) so that the boxes don't fall over. They did not listen, packed a lot of boxes on my most fragile box, did not use moving wrap and the boxes fell over, and ruined my diploma and most prized valuables. I'm disappointed and upset. I would rate lower but I know a 1-star is tantamount to a death sentence
