A little late to arrive. Got everything on the truck quickly. Had problems with the Storage unit so slow down. Then, once we got it going again, only one guy did most of the work whilst the other was on his phone, walking around. Still, everything got done within allotted time. And they were great answering my calls every time.

Slow service. 1 guy did most of the work. The other talked on the phone, walked around, and touched, moved , dropped, or kicked items. He hardly seemed to work. I had started to clear my own storage unit. The load was not neat, I was concerned about how items were placed on the truck. The items that were left in the storage unit were not neat. I had to clear trash and debris and make sure the roll down door properly closed. 1 mover decided not to travel in the uhaul. Upon arrival to drop location I was asked for additional money even though the service was slow and we stopped at the gas station for their friend to get gas etc. Choose wisely.

Communication to verify move was nonexistent. Still didn’t know morning of move if anyone was going to show up until finally reached someone and was then called back to push arrival time back. Guys were a little rough with furniture but overall were a tremendous help and very personable. Even noticed a web of spiders in one of the pieces of furniture and asked if we wanted to get rid of it before setting it up in the new place.
