To start we were grateful for the help we did receive- They moved our time three times and once settled on a time the movers didn’t show up until 2 hours and 45 minutes into a 4 hour move time; Only helped unload on a prepaid load unload service and were there for less than an hour; Once I spoke to the person in charge about figuring out a repayment for the half of the charge that was not completed was told there was nothing they could do for me after giving all the information about the issues; Completely unprofessional and would not recommend hiring for service

Was 3 hours late and charged for travel time. Scratched my walls, drug the washer and dryer down the stairs, slid items on the floor. Created charges at the end to increase the pay even though they did not work the entire time
