Please do not trust your belongings with this company! The movers loaded our truck with such carelessness that 20 miles into our move all of the boxes that were loaded shifted or collapsed towards the back of the truck. Our damages include broken glass in an antique curio cabinet & cracked glass in another curio cabinet. We also had a standing jewelry armoire that sustained a broken leg along with multiple Rubbermaid containers that fell resulting in broken China sets & broken glass on picture frames. I reached out to the moving company and sent them pictures showing the condition of our contents and his response was Oh my god. They are refusing to accept ANY responsibility. When I said that I was going to make a claim they said that they told us that we needed to secure the boxes. This is simply not true. We ended up having to unload and reload all of the boxes that had fallen or collapsed. We did not have to secure the boxes and were able to drive for 6 hours with no further issues.

Worst experience I have ever had. Hard to communicate with. Used some kind of lifting straps that scraped up all our heavier furniture. They were late for the job and were slow. When 4 hours were up truck still had a lot on it and they wanted $50 more to continue. I don’t believe they knew how to pack a truck so I had to finish unload myself and had to go back to our place we moved from to load and unload what they couldn’t fit from the first round. It took me till 1am to finish, truck was turned in late, and the extra trips cost me $75 more in mileage plus gas. Horrible experience! They should take pride in other peoples things and clearly their only goal was to get done and not protect the items they moved. Will cost us time and money to fix.

The guys were very nice but were 3 hours late (due to a 'rain delay') after already asking for a 5pm start on an afternoon move (they arrived just before 8pm). They got almost everything completed, but they did leave a bunch of scuffs and several knicks in my hallway wall.
