The owner communicated with me before during and after the move, which I appreciated. While unloading, the owner stated that they don’t generally put the boxes in the designated area or rooms. Immediately this caused me anxiety as there was no way I had the capacity to move my items by myself which was why I hired a service. They ended up putting my belongings in the proper areas, but the owner shared she will have to charge more in the future. I think she was just sharing but moving is very stressful and I ended up helping out a lot because of the complaint about having to put things in their designated area. I wish them the best in their business but I wanted to share my experience. They did a great job but the comment about not placing the boxes in the designated area made me anxious. So just clarify beforehand.
