They were prompt, bared with me in my chaos, were extremely organized, had exceptional communication from them and the agency, and they were quick and efficient! Contracted Helping Hand for assistance with my truck unload to my storage unit. I'm in the middle of an out of state move to the area. The guys were super patient with me. I had to change the time on them twice. They were so nice and accommodating and professional. They completed my unload in the 2 hours They were hired for. They were careful with my items and arranged them nicely in my unit. Very happy with their communication and service. Would recommend them and hire them again.
