I booked through U-Haul and the woman who helped me said 2 hours would probably be enough time for a load and unload and is the standard amount of hours. The owner of the business contacted me before the move and asked me to add 2 additional hours. Ultimately, the drivers arrived 2 hours late, which wasn’t really my biggest issues. We ended up needing them for less than 2 hours but the owner of the business refused to only charge me 2 hours and still charged me 4 hours.
