I have never experienced something like this. The lack of information and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend these people for any type of help when it comes down to moving your belongings. the movers broke some of my stuff. I had two of the movers walk completely off the job with no notice or not saying anything to me. I was not told that I was getting charged hours for people and was expected to pay extra money outside of what I was told and agreed upon with Uhaul services. Not finishing the job completely and requesting more money. Cortez’s Helping Hands LLC. Is not who you would want help from when. It comes to moving your things. No one had proper communication, Nor cared about the items that were broken. There was no apology or communication about what I addressed with Cortez. About the issues that has taken place.
