I highly recommend TBS Partners. They reached out to me immediately after I submitted my initial request via U-Haul's website. They were also very helpful when I needed to change the date. On the morning of my move they called to let me know they were on their way and would actually arrive a little early, which was great. They got right to work as soon as they arrived and I was impressed by how easily they were able to lift my heavy furniture & boxes. They were very careful with all of my items, including several large and fragile pieces (e.g., two glass display cabinets, an enormous antique china cabinet with glass doors, a large & heavy wooden blanket chest, etc). They packed the truck very efficiently with absolutely no wasted space. They worked well together and both had great attitudes. They showed up ready to work, were very polite and helpful, and did a great job. I would absolutely hire them again and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is moving! I tipped in cash.

2 movers unloaded 2 Upack cubes in about an hour. They were efficient and enjoyable to work with. They checked in before our scheduled moving time to confirm when we'd like to start. We would absolutely hire them again.

There was very little communication before the move. They were 45 minutes late and didn't call me until 15 minutes after they were supposed to be there. They were only there for a little over an hour and when I asked if I'd be getting some money back since I paid for 3 hours they said no immediately. No apologies for being late or hurting some of my furniture.
