I can only speak for 1 young man who was courteous & nice although he reaped of the smell of weed. They both carried each item at a time instead of utilizing the dolly, they requested I rent. This seemed deliberate to me and took them over by an hour. There was also a bed that was left in the home although the mattress & box spring was brought. They stopped by the store otw to each stop, therefore I'm almost positive this could've been completed in 3 hours easy. Boxes labeled for certain areas were placed in a different area. After tipping each driver $20 upon completion and going back to the home I realized an item was stolen & the bed was left. I will never use this company again. As the end result costed me more money & time.

Communication was great. They texted me to confirm my time a few weeks before and I was able to text them a few days before to confirm. They showed up right on time. I was disappointed with how they handled my items. I do not feel like they handled my items with care. It seems like they were more worried about how fast they unloaded the items but did not take care to ensure the items were handled properly. I would not use them again.

The TBS Partner's team was polite, communicated well, and professional. I enjoyed chatting with them during the move and would have loved to recommend them... However, a few items and the home's walls were damaged during the move. Specifically, the walls and stair banisters in my current home were badly damaged and will need to be repaired, sanded, and repainted. Additionally, a treadmill and dresser were scratched - the treadmill is pure metal so not sure how that can be repaired...

Jay and Troy did amazing on the day of my move. They were flexible and handled all of my things with care. They were respectful and strong, and got the job done quicker than I expected. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for my future local moves.

Younger guy Coby was great and just about did all the work, they sent an older dude who was lazy and prolonged the process. He took excessive breaks, sweaty and sat on our couch, etc.
