Richard and helper arrived on time (I.e. early), helped us back in the truck, and offloaded all our belongings to our new 2nd-floor apartment quickly and efficiently. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and nothing got damaged, including doorways and furniture. I highly recommend this company!
