Once the time of arrival was confirmed, the crew arrived on time. Their collaborative approach to loading 4 u-boxes within 2.5 hours enabled the job to go smoothly. They expertly packed the containers with precision and made excellent use of the every open space by planning ahead. It was as though they had all four boxes in sight and mapped out the entire job before starting. Overall, today was a good day for packing thanks to the crew! Thank you.

John and Jay arrived around 6 minutes after scheduled time. Did not arrive with dolly or moving equipment or a rope that would've been helpful to move certain items --- they used my own equipment. In future, I would verify what equipment was available to them prior to the move. A dumbbell weight was loaded at the front of the truck at top of a stock of items --- I am not certain why it was loaded so high given its weight, and upon arrival to my destination, that weight was lying on top of a computer monitor box. They did not tie down any items using the 2 kinds of rope I provided. On the plus side, they made sure all the items made it into the truck even with time going over the allotted time. They worked hard and there was a fairly long distance to cover from my individual dwelling to the truck. Items were mostly packed well except as noted above, in a way that did not require much tying down of items.

These guys were great and super quick! Communication was subpar. I called to confirm my scheduled moving service and the day of they showed up 2 hours after the scheduled time but once they did show up, the guys were super efficient and pleasant.
