They showed up thirty minutes late by going to the wrong city. I paid for two hours and it took less than one hour and then he asked if I wanted to tip. I held off on the tip because I thought he might of damaged the furniture and he did. I asked when he was stacking drawers on top of the dresser if he wanted to put a blanket on it to protect it and he said he was sure it wouldn't scratch it. Both a nightstand and dresser got damaged.

They did an amazing job loading and organizing the truck for my move to Georgia. Nothing was broken when I got to Florida. They also loaded the truck in under two hours. I was extremely impressed and happy with the help they provided!
