There was a hiccup where only one mover showed up - the guy was great and did his best, but it would've been great to have 2 movers. The company did try to make it right though. Tipped with cash.

The company asked if they could push from 1400 to 1530 due to a morning job taking longer than expected. Fine. Called at 1530 to say it would be 1930. This is not okay. Called again to say 1700. Called again to say 1715. Showed up at 1745. By then, I had unloaded most of my truck myself but had to pay for two full hours because I booked through U-Haul. I will say that the owner has promised to credit me for one hour on a future move if I book directly as opposed to booking through U-haul. I gave five stars in a previous review for loading my truck. If the owner does right by me on the next job, I will reflect that in my review of that job.
