Everything seemed fine for loading. However when we arrived at our destination, they did not do a good job packing as everything shifted & the sectional sofa ended up on my TV almost breaking it.

They finished job on time and even though they came little late but did a good job of communicating their arrival time with me. I gave 4 star since I had to watch them throughout the move and at one time when I moved away and came back I saw them throwing my luggage from stairs.
