I booked these movers for Friday 5-16 on 5-9. The entire week they texted me trying to alter my appointment. They then texted and said they aren’t available until after 4pm during weekdays. I confirmed after 4pm Friday was fine. I then received a text 40 mins before their intended arrival on moving day that they couldn’t come because of an ‘’emergency’’. Rescheduled for the following morning. They said we could get an extra hour for the inconvenience but I heard them complaining during the job. I am big on professionalism & this was one of the most frustrating services I’ve ever booked. We had to help them move everything.
