Jarques was phenomenal. He managed the delivery and unloading of my U-boxes like a seasoned professional. This was my first time moving my belongings across the country with a moving service. He was very helpful with guiding me through the process. He called me immediately after I reserved the moving service, gave me tips on next steps and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is the epitome of customer service. If you are looking for the optimal in logistical solutions, look no further than NL Transportation. I want to also recognize a crew team member, Armani, for being especially careful with my belongings regardless of their condition. It was very much appreciated.

NL made moving a breeze. Once scheduled they called me to confirm. They also offered very valuable advice during my move which was not communicated by uhual. If they didn’t reach out to make sure I had everything, my move would have been very stressful. I appreciate their professionalism and spectacular service. They moved all my things out of my apartment in under an hour. I can’t say thank you enough!

NL was extremely professional and thorough. As soon as I made my reservation on the Uhaul website I received a call from him to coordinate my moving day and suggested I call the Uhaul site to confirm my boxes would be pulled early that day (Uhaul still was late by over an hour, but likely would have been even later if NL had not made the suggestion). He did a great job tetrising my things and making sure they would be safe on the road. Also, very friendly and easy to talk to.
