We had to make a last minute, same day reservation for help loading our furniture in the moving truck due to our original company being a no show. The men were professional and friendly. Overall it was a good experience but we did end up with some antique and other wood furniture scratched and damaged during the move due to how the household goods were stacked on top of and around them. This was our first experience moving our entire household; if I move again I would be more involved in how items are loaded and stacked (we were already behind schedule due to the no show and too frazzled to notice how items were loaded).

They were absolutely fantastic! Would 100 percent use them again for a move. They were communicative about scheduling a time, they packed everything carefully in the moving pods we’re using, and they were incredibly gracious and helpful.

Amazing customer service. Call as soon as we scheduled to establish a direct line of contact. Carrelton has exceptional customer service and even showed up 30 mins early from our original time. Offered to help put together furniture with the extra time left. No detail unattended too. We will be using them again on our next move into our forever home. Thanks for the top notch service!
