I was very satisfied with Sunset movers until an issue came up with an over payment by U-haul. U-haul sent me 2 payment codes for 1 hour each which Sunset movers agreed they also saw 1 hour each on the text from U-haul. When I called U-haul I was told by a very rude employee at MOVINGHELP that it was up to me to get the refund from the movers so when I attempted to communicate this issue to the owner, Tay, he stated he would refund the over payment. Thus far he has not refunded me and has not acknowledged my last texts. I paid them a total of $290.00 with a $70.00 cash tip for a 2 hour minimum booking.
