They did an amazing job loading and organizing the truck for my move to Georgia. Nothing was broken when I got to Florida. They also loaded the truck in under two hours. I was extremely impressed and happy with the help they provided!

Terrible. I had 3 of my items damaged and not repairable. A very expensive dining room table and picture frames. Reached out to moving help and they told me I’m SOL basically and to reach out to the company. Reached out to them almost 3 weeks ago with photos of the damage and concerns and have heard nothing. I suppose they just don’t care about customer support at all. Am trying to work with my bank to get a refund for my $300 disaster.
