Richard and his helper were on time and very friendly. Unfortunately after booking for loading and unloading for two hours they insisted that we Apple paid them an additional $85 in addition to our tip since they helped with both. They only asked for more money after seeing, and stating repeatedly, how nice the new place was. The move took them 1.5 hours and we paid for 3. They would not leave until we sent them the additional funds. As much as I would love to give them a great review it is not okay to scam people. We ended up confirming with U-Haul and Movinghelp.com that we booked for both loading and unloading and should NOT have sent additional funds. I would not recommend using them as this is not an okay business practice for people who are obviously going through the stress that comes with moving.

Could not recommend them more - they went above and beyond! Richard and his crew were the sweetest, most helpful and positive energy I needed on what is usually a stressful and long day of moving. They were steady and careful, lighthearted and efficient. They fit everything so well in my storage unit, I was super impressed. They handled everything!!
