TBS partners had great communication and worked hard until the job was finished. A few of my items could have been better protected and packed, but nothing important was broken. Just a few scratches and dents that could have been avoided by using the provided moving blankets. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving labor.

The first time I used TBS Partners, their service was fantastic. Today, after they loaded a trailer and left, I realized that they left huge voids. I ended up having to reload the trailer and got a lot more into it.

There was damage on my dresser and bed frame which cost a lot of money. I’m very upset about it. I even gave them blankets to use so that wouldn’t happen.

Kobe and Edwin were polite, respectful and quick workers despite the set up of my truck and trailer. Overall, I am pleased that they unloaded both in the time I had them booked. Do I wish my storage unit was packed a little better, yes. Do I wish some items and family pictures weren’t damaged and stepped on. Absolutely! Was I over an all day ordeal of driving from Nashville to Snellville after leaving a whole life behind to move home to care for a family member? YES! Raising hell wouldn’t fix the problem. Moving forward, employees should use a little extra care when handling someone’s life and possessions. There always room for coaching, but I’d like a follow up.
