My experience with the owner of Top Source Moving Company was horrific. The two men who came out to assist me were wonderful - kind, considerate, and professional - the complete opposite of their boss every step of the way. Brandon De Leon is the most unprofessional 'businessman' I’ve ever dealt with. From our first conversation, he was rude and dismissive. Brandon’s level of unprofessionalism, his blatant disrespect, and his absurd responses throughout the process were genuinely astonishing. Unfortunately for him, he picked the wrong person. He didn’t realize who he was dealing with. I don’t take well to being scammed. I have no tolerance for dishonesty, and even less for incompetence. They didn't contact me, I had to reach out several times to get someone to confirm. Movers showed up 2.5hrs late. They did communicate they were going to be late but not until the morning of the move. Once the movers did show up both were very professional and helpful. Just would have been nice if they would have confirmed earlier in the week without me having to reach out to them and its a good thing we didn't have the truck just rented for a couple of hours.
