The company had great and consistent communication throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I was charged for four hours of service when the move only took 2 hours and 20 minutes—mostly due to a driver arriving late to the second location. I was only moving one bedroom, and the cost felt excessive. The movers were polite but rushed, arriving late from a previous job and working during my scheduled cleaning. My nightstand was broken, a shelf was dropped, and my storage unit was left disorganized and hard to access. While the team was courteous, I wouldn’t recommend them for afternoon moves as the quality of service suffered.
