This was the 2nd day of a two-day job with B&J Movers. It was definitely not an easy move as it involved packing a 3200 sqft., 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a home theater resulting in two truck loads to two drop off points. The movers, Marcus and Vinay, stuck it out even when the job was supposed to end mid-day but ultimately took way into the night. I underestimated the hours needed as this was my first big, complicated move! They worked harder and faster than I could ever imagine. One of the guys was under the weather by the end of my job due to the extreme effort and cold weather and the other guy's gloves ripped as they moved my big heavy cabinet up three flights. Regardless, both of them refused to quit. When the job was done, the bill on the website looked incorrect. Kay from the office stayed on top of it to ensure everything went through correctly. If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I will be using them again and again!

Really appreciated the courteous day before call from Kay. Marcus and Vinay were exactly on time and worked hard and fast for the full 5 hours loading my 3 bedroom house onto the truck. Very polite and the truck packing skills were impressive! They were so good, I name requested them to help me unload tomorrow as well. Best movers I've ever worked with!

Our movers were polite and helpful in loading our belongings onto the truck. However, our stuff was not securely tied down and just sort of piled into the truck for the last half of the items. We ended up having to repack about a third of the truck to make sure items didn't break during our trip in the U-haul.
