Hired for unloading help and the overall experience was okay. I made a mistake and initially requested the wrong day, so that’s definitely on me. However, I spoke with them directly initially and again two days prior to the job and they said it was no problem and they would be there on the day I needed at 9am. The time rolls around and nobody showed up. We waited a bit and reached out at 945 via phone and text with no response. We finally heard back at 1105. First he said he had down that his scheduler called me and we cancelled the job (nobody called me and I definitely didn’t cancel) then he said he had me down for the following day. He said he could get someone there quick- they got there within 30 minutes. They were both very sweet and were hard workers. We paid for 3 hours but they finished in 2 because we had already unloaded so much in the time we were waiting on them, so that is kind of frustrating. I appreciate them still coming but can’t say I would be confident to re-hire.

The guys were great and worked very well together to fit all my things into a 15’ truck! They are really good at strategizing in how to pack up the truck. They were patient, hard working, polite and professional. I highly recommend them! I really appreciated the communication as they worked to keep me posted on their progress with the truck. I had antique furniture and some were handmade by my late grandfather. The guys made sure they were covered in furniture pads and wrapped them with care. Great team work!
