This company was over 8 hours late which put them at our house at 9pm to start the job. I had already unloaded half of my truck before they arrived but still needed their help for the heavy furniture . Otherwise I would have cancelled. They got right to work once they arrived but were very careless on taking our furniture upstairs. Our walls are completely scratched up, ceilings and drywalls are punctured through, and now our entire stairwell needs repaired and repainted. Kim was the one to point it out to us showing their mistake which was nice and said they would come back to fix it in a day or two. We were understanding about the mistake and even still tipped them after the job. They have screened all of our calls and won’t reply to any messages trying to schedule to get our walls fixed. From start to finish I would not recommend this company for your move.

Kim and Carlos were very professional, courteous and respectful of our belongings. They were running a little behind schedule due to a previous job but kept in touch as to their arrival time. They arrived and went straight to work. Even stayed a little past their 3 hour window to make everything was completed. I would definitely hire them again.
