The crew showed up early for our move day. They were extremely professional and responsive to all of our requests. They even help me set my 75 inch tv up on high ceiling. Much appreciated the crew and will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Although Derrick notified me to tell me there would be a one hr delay, they made up for it. The storage facility had no power when I arrived and no one knew when the power would return. I drove from out of state with the moving truck so I could not reschedule. I could not use the elevator and the halls were dark except for the exit signs. I was extremely frustrated by the time they arrived but he assured me that they would get it done one way or another and not to worry. Derrick and his assistant had to work under extraordinary circumstances. Not only did we have to carry everything down a flight of stairs (my unit was on the second floor) but we had to use the lights on our cell phones to see inside of my large storage unit to move everything out. It was a nightmare but the lights did come back on halfway through the move. They deserve 6 stars and I would definitely hire him again.
