ATL HELPING HANDS MOVERS

Do NOT hire ATL Helping Hands Movers! My experience was horrendous. I booked and prepaid on May 18th for June 1st. No contact from them, despite promises. I called on May 30th after multiple attempts; they confirmed 2 helpers for 11 AM. On June 1st, the provider called right after 11 AM, saying they had a flat tire and would be 35 minutes late. After hearing from no one for over 45 minutes, I called him around noon for an update. He admitted his partner's car had a flat, but he was still on the way. He said he had contacted a back-up helper, but when he arrived alone, almost 1.5 hours late, he shared that the person had never returned his call, so he would do the job alone. He then asked to ride with me in the truck to the unload location and take an Uber back to his car since he had no other driver. My family helped unload as I only had one paid mover for the entire job. He still demanded the payment code. This traumatic experience ensures I'll never use U-Haul's moving help again.

The company made me cancel job the morning of, after the appointment time. Told me to book them and pay them separate from UHaul app. So I booked them to come. My appointment was 9am And by 1130am he was a no call no show. I had to hire another team. This was very disappointing because of time restrictions.
