First off the movers were an hour later than scheduled. That’s not a big deal because things happen. When they arrived they informed us that they did not speak English which made it very hard to communicate. We spent a lot of time using apps to say where things go. There was a young man and an older man. It seemed like the younger man was doing majority of the work himself. They moved EXTREMELY slow and did not get much done at all. After booking another hour and seeing that they still hadn’t removed the boxes from the truck, I told them to leave them in the garage as they were clearly unmotivated to work. I have booked many moving companies through moving help, but ive never had movers completely be unhelpful. They scratched many walls, broke mirrors and chipped away at furniture. Absolutely nothing is in its place and I’ll have to hire movers to come and do the job correctly. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. Moving is stressful enough

Guys were great. Only issue is they did not remove the weights from the Grandfather clock and that broke as a result.
