At first we thought things went great. Slight communication issue as one guy didn’t speak English at all. They seemed to do great getting the truck loaded. However upon unloading the truck, they had only used the 2 blankets (out of the 24 blankets we rented.) which my husband actually put on when he saw them load a couple key items. Now all of our furniture is Scratched, scuffed or gouged. We also had to rent a second truck because the 20’ truck wasn’t loaded sufficiently.
