I’d give this experience a 2 out of 5. There was confusion on both U-Haul’s end and the company’s. The movers were okay but not very thorough. The job wasn’t even finished. They took the screws for the front and back door and never returned them even after I called. It showed me what kind of people they are. They got their money and didn’t care how they left things. What really pushed me was how the owner spoke. He threatened to call the cops on me when I hesitated to release payment because I was confused. I was right to want clarity but I gave in because I was already drained and didn’t want more stress. If you just need something fast and cheap and don’t care about scratches or how you’re treated then maybe this is fine. But if you want respect and a complete job, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I hope this review helps someone who is planning a move. Do your research and protect your peace.

Let me start off by saying this company is amazing. I haven’t made my final move, but I don’t plan on looking for another moving company when I do my final move. The way they packed my truck, my storage unit and organized everything was just amazing. They were only booked for two hours to load my truck up, but they seen that it was just me by myself I needed help and even though they had another client, they stayed with me over time and worked around getting some more of their co workers to their other client. I definitely plan on using them again. They were very helpful informative structured. This is my first time moving and hiring a moving company. I thought it was gonna be a hassle. I was afraid that my things would get broken maybe even stolen I was very leery about hiring a moving company but I’m so happy I did they made it so much easier thank you top flight moving company.
