I hate the day these unprofessional individuals came into my home. They were late unprofessional the way they handle my items I started feeling uneasy walking around picking up screws not knowing what they went to. Prior to the move I asked if anyone could drive the uhaul and they told me yes it would be an additional $60 I paid it however the guy had no license and ended up hitting the gate at the storage costing me $265 which he said he would pay and never did. I called several times to only have him say he would call back and never did. I can’t believe uhaul would allow this on their professional website. Something has to be done. And I will move further cause I want my money back all of it!!!! My tv is shattered as I’m unloading my items we are going over everything so we can take pictures for references.

My crew was extremely polite, efficient and got the job done - and went above and beyond helping me look for my car keys I'd left at the move location and graciously dropped me off back at the move location. I was so impressed I recommended them to the self storage unit I got my truck from -- and to my realtor! Would recommend them highly to anyone.

These guys are terrible! Not professional at all! This is a family based business please beware! The 2 young guys that came to my apartment were not experienced! They did not have any tool to move any boxes or to take down any furniture! They did not complete the job! I still have furniture in both of my room. My furniture got damaged because they didn’t strap it down in the U-Haul truck and they stole my $450 pair of shoes but little do they know that witness seen there actions and my neighbor is full of surveillance cameras so I will be going to the rental off on Monday! The movers and this company is in trouble! You have been warned about these guys!

I recently hired movers through UHaul, and this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. They showed up four hours late minimal communication. When they finally arrived, they took frequent, extended smoke breaks that wasted even more time. They were clearly inexperienced, damaging my wall during the move. The worst part was that when I told them I was not releasing the payment code until the job was completed properly, they threatened me over the phone saying, What’s stopping me from telling my boys to go on the truck and snap everything just loaded. This was incredibly intimidating and unprofessional. Because of their incompetence and threats, they also caused a flooding issue in my home, which has now led to expensive water damage cleanup. I’m extremely disappointed that U-Haul would connect customers with such unprofessional movers. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you care about your safety, your property, and a stress-free move.
