DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are the ultimate unprofessional! They broke my living room mirror and then continued to scream...and I do mean scream at me about it. It was so unexpected and embarrassing because the neighbors heard everything. Then, they slugged around with the unload to make the time pass by (trying their best to not move the heaviest items). THEN, they just left the premises without a peep! Leaving only half the job done, the Uhaul truck was open, exposing all of our items and to our surprise they left!!! I mean completely GONE! I was prepared to pay them for another hour (even though the experience was already horrible) but they didn't even give us the chance to tell them that! SO horrible! DO NOT book them!

I paid for three hours but we were finish within two. Sean asked me for the code but did not advise me of the refund procedures once you provide the code you cannot get a refund, shame on him and I tipped him $20. I was definitely going to use his services again, but I can’t now because I don’t like dishonest people. I would have given 5 star but not now.
