Movers stated they would arrive between 8am and 9am, did not arrive until 10am. They packed up the truck well within 30 mins, but disappeared for about an hour and a half after saying they would meet us at the second address to unload the truck. I originally booked them for 3 hours. They went until 12pm and expected to get paid for the full 3 hours after I unloaded most of the truck myself since they went missing.
