It was a mother and her 15 or 16 year-old son, a young male adult and two Toddlers the mother and the young male never left the truck the 15-16 year-old was the only one that brought furniture to the front door or even step foot in a home. We were forced to participate in the unloading of our furniture that we paid them to move on top of that the Mother damaged my brand new bedroom set in front of my face and on camera and then lied about it multiple times changing her story she told me the headboard was in a box, then she told me it was wrapped in plastic so how did she damage it? The young male stood on the back of the truck handed her the headboard. She stood the headboard up on his corner and then rotated to hand it to her Teen son at that point in time, she rubbed a hole and a couple other marks in the corner of the headboard and then like I said repeatedly lied about it. This is unacceptable. This is night and day from our movers this morning. Who did an exceptional complete job.
