Ace Family Movers

The movers were amazing. They were professional, unloaded everything within the time frame, and put stuff where we asked them without complaining. I have chronic health issues that prevent me from being able to do much of anything and my mom is 65+, and we could not have done this move with out these guys. Even though we are Gators, and they are Bulldogs, we still give them 5 stars across the board.

Did not communicate about confirming move until I reached out which was frustrating, however once confirmed the movers were communicative and worked hard to get our items loaded into the truck. They finished early and did a good job, but I did notice that it seemed as if towards the end of the move there was a bit less care involved in loading versus at the beginning of the move. Overall they did a good job and got the work done that we required which is all that matters.

This was day two of my move. I am sorely disappointed as it was a terrible experience compared to yesterday’s result. I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours. 1 male and 1 female showed up, there was absolutely no way she could have helped lift my furniture and neither did she attempt to. Which I was happy about because I have really heavy furniture, and wouldn’t want her to hurt herself. This meant my son and 1 mover moved me. Darryl did a good job but could have used the help of another male mover considering my typed of furniture. The job could have gone smoother and quicker if this issue did not exist. Moreover, she took is personally that we were not happy with the team that was sent for the job, and was very attitudinal towards me. I thought this was a good company, now I’m not so sure.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Robert (Bobbie) and Shawn did an excellent job. They were knowledge, efficient , thorough, and careful. No hidden charges. I just hope they’re around for my next move.
