JUMBO MOVING

I can’t thank Jumbo Moving & Storage enough for what they did for me. I drove a U-Haul from a different state and was running behind - they were super flexible and allowed me to adjust my start time. Prior to my arrival, the moving foreman called me to check in and to let me know where to find the loading dock. Without him, I wouldn’t have known where to go. Not only did he guide me in, he also helped detach the auto transport and my car. I know for sure I wouldn’t have been able to do this without his guidance and help. The move process started once he guided me into the freight garage.The movers were super helpful, careful and extremely courteous! Once they were done, the foreman guided me back to my auto transport and helped me reconnect it. He really went over and beyond and I can’t thank him enough for all that he done for me. It’s been a week since my move but I still think about how courteous and helpful they were to me. I literally had a pro moving and driving team all in one!

(MY MOVE WAS A TWO DAY MOVE THAT I SET UP THAT WAY, 1 DAY FOR LOADING AND 1 DAY FOR UNLOADING) Both days Don was very good at communication, he contact me a couple days before the job so we can be on the same page with how everything was going to go. Don and his team was very responsive, professional, courtesy and respectful for our us and our property. Don made sure he kept up with the time and stopped it anytime he had to talk to me, or bathroom breaks. I will recommend Don and his team to anyone who is in need of these type of services.
