Careful Helper Hands Moving Service

These guys were amazing. They communicated very well as to when they would arrive and even accommodated a shift in the time when a major not to be mentioned moving truck company messed up my reservation. They were professional and skilled at everything from wrapping all furniture securely, loading the truck so it would not shift in a long distance move, and even the car dolly hitch. We didn't have to tell them a thing. They were on top of everything. Thank you!

The owner is good at what he does, however the help he got this day was a nightmare. They didn't want to move the furniture, so they were moving the small items. When they had to move the furniture they were tired and weren't careful. I found many large scratches on a new, with tags, sectional.They refused to wrap it. It now looks old. They placed most of my boxes and clothes out on the screened in porch. I told them to take them to each room and, they said no. They stacked the boxes outside on my porch, that were clearly marked FRAGILE. expensive crystal and china. The boxes were crushed and everything inside was broken. It also stormed the following day, and everything got very wet. The clothes were wet. I even had paintings they put out there, and they are ruined . The workers were very slow which caused my move to be extended by hours and more pay. Also missing items. I had insurance but beware, they refuse to cover anything and will blame you.

The movers were on top of things right from the start. They arrived on time. I received a call the day before and the day of. They handled things well and efficiently. My move needed more time and even though it was a Sunday they continued on for several more hours, of course with more pay. They were not slacking in any. They are also very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend them. I will be using them again.

I was paying for two movers but only one of the movers knew what he was doing and gave 100 percent.The other mover was very sweet but also very slow! Overall it was a great move.
