Scheduling was not an easy process. I received no follow-up calls to confirm the job and attempted to reach out every day up until the day before our move. It was difficult to not have the confirmation that they would be arriving to help. On the day that the unloading needed to be done, they reached out saying they would be on site an hour and a half before agreed upon time. The men responded kindly to correction. They were all pleasat and got the job done fast, but the handling was questionable. There were numerous times they got lucky - something easily could have fallen and broken. They even mentioned recently having to pay for someone's furniture. We were happy with their efforts and energy. They offered me assistance whenever I was carrying something. But the scheduling and some of the careless handling was concerning.

Always Above Average Movers sent Wayne and Braden and they were the best movers I could hope for. They texted me updates on their ETA multiple times and arrived ready to go. The two of them moved everything down from my third floor apartment effortlessly and packed the U-Containers expertly. Thank you!

Braden and Wayne saved me!! I was able to book my UBox load for yesterday easily, but then out of nowhere the UHaul location was telling the guys they don’t do UBox rentals on Sundays. I called UHaul support with no success. Braden & Wayne went above & beyond; they waited at UHaul & kept speaking to other employees, even though they both had other jobs that day, until they finally convinced a U-Haul employee to check out my Ubox. On top of that, they moved my stuff so quickly, and packed the UBox to perfection (truly not a square in left). They were so funny as well. Could not recommend them more! Thanks guys!
