Christian called to confirm my requested unload time and stayed in communication very well the day-of. They were extremely quick and efficient at unloading, however that did lead my furniture getting bumping into walls a couple of times, although there was no damage. They stayed after unloading for a few minutes to help move my heavy furniture where I wanted it, which was very much appreciated.

We have moved 3 times in the past 3 years. This was by far my WORST experience. The job was (1) to load up garage items (yard tools, grill, sporting equipment) + 2 bookcases and unload them at the storage unit, and (2) to load up donations and drop them off at Habitat for Humanity, about 5 minutes from the house. There were so many problems 1) The lead DID NOT LISTEN to which items were donations and which were not. He mixed the items. Items that did not belong in storage were brought to the storage unit. Then unloaded there, and reloaded. This was a huge waste of time and money. 2) The lead did not completely fill the moving truck. He did not maximize space - extra trips, which resulted in my having to pay additional money for more hours! The truck was barely a quarter full on the 2nd trip. I did ask about it. 3) The lead did not maintain a professional attitude. We should be refunded for the additional two hours. There is absolutely NO reason for this kind of job to take 4 hours.
