We were scheduled for an early afternoon move and they were a little later because their first job went over time. They stayed in communication and showed up with full strength. They were fast, efficient and thorough. They took great care of our belongings and went over the top to put things where they belong. They were extremely respectful. I appreciate the hard work of these young men at the end of the day and having to drive almost 2 hours to get to us. I would definitely use their services again.

Day of, received request to add an hour. I called they said they are behind and that request was incorrect. They still should arrive on time. They arrived 30 mins late. They said they are behind. I discussed priorities and they got to work. After an hour they said they had to go. Surprise to me. At least the truck was empty... I expect a refund for the paid 2nd hour of help that I didn't receive. After calling Uhaul, I shouldn't have provided the payment code so they could've refunded me.
