They guys that showed up were a bit late, about 15 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. The big deal issues I had with them were a few things. The loaders were unaware that a U-Haul truck had a built-in ramp. Furniture pads weren't being used, and items not packed properly. Additionally, I found an empty vodka mini bottle found in my backyard, and when I asked about it, they initially denied it was theirs, but within a minute - one of them admitted that it must have fallen from their back pocket. They damaged our king mattress by tearing a hole in it while loading, and a nightstand was destroyed. I made the mistake of tipping them $40 each near the beginning of loading in hopes I'd get a good job out of it. I didn't. Just a bad experience - they arrived slightly late, and I had to end up finishing the loading because they couldn't complete it on time. Just a bad experience.

I didn't receive any communication after booking my moving help service, I had to call myself. unfortunately, the number listed is out of service. I have reached out to Moving help and they emailed the Provider, then they called my the following day. they have negotiated the price, thought i have paid the amount listed on the website, they asked for 150$ more. we agreed on the move on the 23rd of May noon time. they called me on the 23rd noon time and stated they can't come, can we do it on Saturday the 25th?. I didn't have much choices, I had to call and change the appointment to accommodate them. They came on the 25th. Interestingly they have no idea how to load furniture, and the way the loaded my stuff is really bad. but I am short of time. then they wanted to leave my bed frame behind simply because they don't know how to deal with it. I asked them whether you do it all or none. they unhooked the Ubox form the trailer and just left. I had to call another company to bring it back.
