The movers were professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. However, I paid for four hours of service, and they left after just 1.5 hours and one truckload. The mover claimed they had to finish another move from earlier in the day but said he could return later to complete my job, yet he never did. There was no follow-up or communication, leaving me to spend the rest of the day moving on my own. While they worked quickly and carefully, I didn’t receive the full service I paid for, making my move far more difficult than it should have been. I feel scammed out of my money, and U-Haul’s Moving Help provided no support or accountability. Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through; this is a service I won’t be using again.

I cannot say it enough, our moving crew today was exceptional. Very kind, professional and courteous! I cannot recommend them enough. We were able to get last minute help moving with only about a 2 hour notice. They truly saved our move and kept us on our timeline. Thank you isn't enough.

Tae & Christian were AMAZING!! I was coming from Coralville & the loaders there were an hour behind what I told them to be there & so I didn't get to get on the road till the time i was supposed to be at my destination. They worked with me even though I got slightly lost on top of it! Story of my lyfe! They were quick, curtious(sp), & seemed totally understanding of my situation. Not only that, but they helped me locate my actual storage unit that was inside. They had been there multiple times b4 so they knew what to do!! AND it was cold as hell outside with the winds! My fingers were freezing. I gave them a tip & wanted to give more. Don't loose these two Mr. manager! I would definitely ask for these two guys to help load or unload!! Two thumbs up!!

We provided moving pads and the moving help did not utilize them which resulted in a scratch to a table and chips in a dresser. They could have taken a bit more time and care to avoid these errors. Very nice personable individuals, good communications.
