Horrible. Do not use. This guy showed up by himself with a partner that was so old he couldn’t do anything. To Move a completely packed apartment with minimal large furniture took him over 8 hours. Furniture was scratched and banged up on stairwells when transporting to box. Then come unloading time we found he had not secured ANY of the furniture and had not used any furniture pads. All of our furniture was damaged and scratched up so bad that we are seeking compensation.
