One of the helpers was great! The other one was upset with the amount we had in our uhaul. Slid wood furniture across our hardwood floor, left the dolly outside the building on the ground. Our desk and cube drawers have scratches all over them now.

Called 15 minutes ahead of schedule and said they were 15 minutes away, but showed up 20 minutes later than their estimate. They were unprepared, and damaged my largest television stand, as well as scratched and scuffed the walls in my brand new apartment.
