This comment box does not allow enough characters for the whole story. They were scheduled at 3PM, tried to cancel at 1PM because 1 of there workers had been injured. Secured another worker, rescheduled for 5PM. Showed up at 638PM. I was worried about the workers because they did not use moving equipment or back supports. The workers themselves were respectful and did a good job. We paid $200 per hour, tipped the movers in cash and did not receive compensation for them being so late. The company itself was rude to my brother inlaw, who called them because they were really late after 5, and we didn't know where they were.

The movers were fantastic- super helpful and kind. They worked very quickly. My only issue is there was a major delay with their arrival and we were not kept informed with updates leading to a lot of waiting and additional charges for the truck.

Avius and Tyrone were awesome! Super fast, professional, and very careful handling breakable items. They have been working in the industry a long time and it certainly shows. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!
