Showed up on time, very pleasant and cooperative. Got the job done with care.No breakage or major shifting during driving. Only suggestion is to confirm with customer the day prior. Would definitely use again.

These guys were great! They arrived at our agreed-upon time and were so quick, and efficient, at unloading my belongings despite the rainy day. I really appreciated that they were willing to come out on a holiday, too. The only reason that I removed one star overall is because, as others have said, the communication to confirm the day & time was only done the night before, despite booking weeks in advance. It was certainly a stress factor leading up to my half-way-across-the-country solo move, and some more timely communication would have been a bonus. Nonetheless, I trusted in the reliability obvious in the many other reviews, and was not disappointed. I am so pleased with the job that was done; I could never have unloaded my belongings on my own so they were really a time- and life-saver! I will certainly be hiring them again any time I may move around the area.

Terren and his crew were extremely professional. I really appreciated their communication throughout the entire process, including answering many questions I had leading up to the loading day. They completed the job in a timely fashion, and they packed the truck as tall and tight as possible, which helped tremendously. Overall, very satisfied with their services, and would recommend them to others in the future.
