Was very glad I had 4 movers arrive. Unfortunately, I was requested to take a bottom bracket off my dining room table which supports the 4 legs and braces them. I removed the bracket as requested, once table was loaded, mover stated leg was wobbly, obviously cause I took support off, which I felt was not needed in first place. So they support had to go back on. When attempting this, the leg broke off which is now unrepairable. Would have not happen if support was left on in the first place. Very irritating.

Movers were nice guys—courteous and professional. However, they seemed exhausted when they arrived and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They worked hard most of the time but took a long time to complete and complained a lot. Also, there was a lot of damage to property—much more than other movers I’ve used in the past. Had to help them with the move at times. Still tipped them in cash for the help. Maybe they are overworked?

These guys worked their butts off and unloaded 3 uhauls in 2.5 hours. Absolute rock stars. Do not hesitate to use Mass Movers, it’ll be the best money you spend moving. Because everyone knows moving sucks.
